Customer Service Representative Full Time

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing financial services organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer support, handling complex queries, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of service, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and requests via phone, email, secure messaging, and live chat

• Deliver empathetic, professional, and timely customer support

• Troubleshoot and resolve product, service, and technical issues

• Create, track, and resolve support tickets to ensure customer satisfaction

• Investigate customer concerns and escalate issues when required

• Assist customers with account registration, online account access, and related requests

• Process customer forms and documentation accurately

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient query resolution

• Share customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement

• Support and guide junior team members when required

• Stay updated on products, services, and internal policies through training

• Ensure compliance with data protection, AML, and regulatory guidelines

• Follow company policies and health & safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role (financial services experience preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

• Ability to handle complex customer queries with confidence

• Good computer literacy, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Calm and professional approach when handling complaints or sensitive matters

• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to confidentiality and data protection

• Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or equivalent preferred)
