We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and drive long-term value for our largest clients. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who excel at managing enterprise accounts, maximizing platform adoption, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience, adoption, and retention, while contributing to company-wide success.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts
Advise customers on maximizing value from platform usage
Identify opportunities to expand service adoption and revenue within existing accounts
Collaborate with product, engineering, support, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer outcomes
Monitor account health and proactively address risks to retention or satisfaction
Ensure CRM records are accurate and up-to-date, maintaining strong data hygiene
Support forecasting and reporting for customer accounts
Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, implement scalable solutions, and enhance customer experience
Act as a customer advocate within the company, communicating client needs and feedback
Minimum 4 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development
Proven success managing enterprise or high-value accounts
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives
Tech-savvy and comfortable in fast-paced, startup or SaaS environments
Analytical mindset with ability to forecast account performance and KPIs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to challenge processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
Experience in the UK & Ireland market preferred
