Healthcare Assistant Full Time

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistants to join a friendly Community Nursing Team in Gravesham. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients in their own homes while working with a supportive and professional team.

This role is ideal for candidates with healthcare or support experience who are dedicated to improving patient wellbeing and contributing to a positive community healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients in their homes

• Assist registered clinicians with clinical tasks, including observations, wound care, catheter care, and general health monitoring

• Support patients with daily living activities to maintain independence

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers, and colleagues

• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic systems

• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Provide care with dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or support worker in a clinical, care, or community setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Caring, patient-focused attitude

• Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Ability to work flexibly across a 7-day service schedule

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
