Homecare Assistant – Weekend Shifts Part Time

We are seeking a caring and reliable Homecare Assistant to provide support during weekends in Northampton. This part-time role is ideal for female carers who want to make a real difference while fitting work around weekday commitments.

As a weekend carer, you will help clients maintain independence, provide companionship, and assist with personal care, ensuring they feel safe and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to clients on Saturdays and Sundays

• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Ensure client dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all times

• Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with colleagues and families

• Work independently while following agency guidelines and care plans

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
