Female Complex Care Assistant Full Time

Pay Rate: £13.30 – £13.50 per hour

About the Role

We are recruiting experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Female Complex Care Assistants to join a nurse-led specialist care team supporting clients in and around the Stoke (ST11) area.

This role involves providing personalised, one-to-one complex care for female clients, both at home and in the community. You will support clients with complex medical and personal care needs while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Please note: This role is restricted to female applicants only, in line with the Equality Act 2010, due to the provision of intimate care.

Client Care Needs May Include

• Brain injury support

• Seizure and epilepsy management

• PEG feeding

• Full assistance with daily living

• Community access and social activities

Shift Availability

• Part-time and full-time roles available

• Day and night shifts

• Alternate weekends

Key Requirements

• Female applicants only (due to client care requirements)

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Right to work in the UK

• Willingness to undergo DBS/PVG checks and provide references

• Experience in complex care is preferred

• Excellent communication skills and a caring, professional attitude
