Care Assistant – Female Only Full Time

Pay & Rates

• Day: £13.25 per hour

• Evening: £13.40 per hour

• Weekend: £15.00 per hour

• Overtime: £16.00 per hour

• Mileage: 45p per mile

• Potential earnings: up to £26.50 per hour (overtime & enhanced rates)

About the Role

We are looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated Female Care Assistants to join a friendly and supportive team delivering high-quality domiciliary care across Northwich and surrounding areas.

This role offers flexible working patterns and excellent support, with options for drivers and non-drivers alike.

Key Duties

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support with meal preparation and feeding

• Medication reminders and administration (when trained)

• Light housekeeping including laundry and tidying

• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Requirements

• Female applicants only (intimate care requirement)

• Caring, patient, and reliable nature

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Previous care experience preferred but not essential

• Willingness to work alternate weekends

• Right to work in the UK

• Ability to work in or near Northwich, Knutsford, Congleton, or Winsford
