We are looking for kind, compassionate, and dedicated Night Care & Support Assistants to join our friendly care team. This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful work and enjoys supporting others to feel safe, valued, and comfortable throughout the night.

No previous care experience is required. If you have worked in customer service, community support, or simply have a natural empathy for others, we would love to hear from you. Full induction and training are provided to support you every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care during night shifts

• Assist residents with personal care and mobility needs

• Encourage independence, comfort, and wellbeing

• Build meaningful relationships with residents

• Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive environment overnight

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive team culture
