Wireless Logic is expanding its global Talent Acquisition team and is looking for a high-energy, proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across Go-To-Market (GTM) and Operations functions for its 16 international businesses.
This role offers full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, a strong focus on direct sourcing, and the opportunity to shape and elevate global talent acquisition strategies. You’ll act as a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers across multiple regions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across Tech, Sales, Finance, and Operations roles
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Lead structured, engaging interview processes
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding
Build high-quality talent pipelines through proactive direct sourcing
Use innovative sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter to attract niche and hard-to-find talent
Strengthen employer brand through social engagement, networking, and industry events
Create talent maps aligned with both short-term and long-term business needs
Act as a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in all hiring practices
Maintain accurate recruitment data within Greenhouse ATS
Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimise hiring outcomes
Support and lead TA innovation projects, including AI-enabled tools and processes
Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR and local requirements)
Proven recruitment experience, ideally combining agency and in-house roles
Background recruiting within Tech, SaaS, Telco, or related sectors
Strong direct sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter experience essential)
Experience hiring across multiple geographies (UK, Europe, Asia, US)
Commercial mindset with the ability to translate hiring needs into business impact
