Talents Quest is hiring a Junior Strategy Executive for a hybrid full-time position in London, working with the Customer Science division of GAIN. This role supports client strategy teams in delivering analytical, strategic, and operational excellence to retail and CRM clients.
As a Junior Strategy Executive, you will analyse direct marketing and email campaign performance, develop trading updates, interpret customer insights, and contribute to strategic recommendations that drive measurable growth. You will collaborate closely with Client Strategy Directors and internal analytics teams to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years’ experience in agency or client-side retail marketing, especially within D2C or CRM environments. Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and confidence presenting insights are key to success.
Hybrid working arrangement: minimum 2 days per week in the London office.
Create and manage circulation plans (Direct Mail & Email campaigns)
Analyse campaign results including profit contribution and incremental performance
Develop customer performance and trading updates
Translate complex data into clear strategic summaries
Support client presentations and monthly meeting preparation
Brief internal analytics teams and interpret findings
Use forecasting models to predict future sales performance
Act as first point of contact for client queries
Manage ad-hoc analysis requests and report outcomes
Ensure recommendations are actionable and commercially aligned
1–2 years’ experience in agency or client-side D2C retail marketing or CRM
Degree-level qualification in Maths, Science, or related analytical discipline
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Commercial awareness and ability to interpret data
Ownership mindset and proactive approach
