4. Verification Status Levels

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Fake Jobs & Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Posting fake or non-existent job openings
- Requesting fees, payments, or personal financial information from job seekers
- Using Talents Quest for lead generation, MLM, or non-hiring purposes
- Impersonating other companies or brands
Talents Quest has zero tolerance for such activities.
8. Suspension & Termination
Talents Quest reserves the right to:
- Remove job listings without notice
- Suspend or permanently terminate employer accounts
- Revoke verification status
- Share information with legal authorities if required
These actions may be taken if fraud, policy violations, or legal risks are identified.
9. No Guarantee Disclaimer
Employer verification does not guarantee:
- Hiring success
- Candidate quality
- Legal compliance of employer operations
