Care Assistant – Female (Driver Required) URGENT Full Time

Location: Hampshire (Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot, Hook & surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.44 per hour

About the Role

We are urgently recruiting a Female Care Assistant (Driver Required) to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes across Hampshire.

This role involves supporting clients with daily living, personal care, and companionship while following individual care plans to ensure consistent and compassionate care delivery.

Female applicants only, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, due to the provision of personal and intimate care.

Services You Will Provide

• Personal care and hygiene support

• Overnight care

• Live-in care

• Respite care

• Dementia & Alzheimer’s care

• Companionship and emotional support

• Domestic and practical assistance

• Emergency care support

Key Responsibilities

Personal Care

• Assistance with washing, bathing, and showering

• Support with dressing, toileting, and mobility

• Oral care, hair care, shaving, and skin care

• Applying creams and ointments

• Repositioning and in-bed support

• Changing and maintaining clean bedding

Domestic Support

• Light housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming)

• Laundry, ironing, and washing up

• Meal preparation support

• Shopping assistance and errands

• Pet care and dog walking

• Light gardening (where required)

Key Requirements
