We are hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to support professionals using a fast-growing digital marketplace. This role is ideal for experienced customer support professionals who enjoy solving problems, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a high-quality user experience.
You will play a key role in supporting users, maintaining platform reliability, and ensuring smooth operations across chat, voice, and email channels.

Open to candidates based in UK, Europe, and Canada
Full-Time
Shift-based (5 working days within a 7-day cycle)
Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required
Provide fast, accurate, and empathetic customer support through chat, email, and voice
Assist users with platform issues, shift-related queries, and payment concerns
Use CRM tools to track cases, update records, and maintain clear internal documentation
Apply strong judgment to resolve issues independently and escalate when necessary
Personalize responses and maintain a professional, friendly communication style
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Support new users during onboarding and help them understand platform workflows
Maintain high service standards in all customer interactions
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support (chat or voice)
Experience using CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar
Strong experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends
Minimum 15 Mbps wired internet connection
Intel i5 processor or equivalent
At least 12 GB RAM

Annual Salary Range:
USD 24,000 – USD 40,000 (based on experience and skills)
