We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing financial services organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer support, handling complex queries, and contributing to continuous service improvement.
You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of service, accuracy, and compliance.
Handle customer queries and requests via phone, email, secure messaging, and live chat
Deliver empathetic, professional, and timely customer support
Troubleshoot and resolve product, service, and technical issues
Create, track, and resolve support tickets to ensure customer satisfaction
Investigate customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Assist customers with account registration, online account access, and related requests
Process customer forms and documentation accurately
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient query resolution
Share customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement
Support and guide junior team members when required
Stay updated on products, services, and internal policies through training
Ensure compliance with data protection, AML, and regulatory guidelines
Follow company policies and health & safety standards
Proven experience in a customer service role (financial services experience preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle complex customer queries with confidence
Good computer literacy, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Calm and professional approach when handling complaints or sensitive matters
High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to confidentiality and data protection
Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or equivalent preferred)
