Pay Rates

• Daytime: £13.52 per hour

• Evening: £14.56 per hour

• Weekend: £17.00 per hour

• Mileage: 45p per mile (paid)

About the Role

Spire Homecare is recruiting compassionate and reliable Female Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Salisbury (SP2).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Support mobility, continence care, and use of personal aids and equipment

• Promote dignity, independence, and individuality at all times

• Provide emotional, physical, and (where appropriate) spiritual support

• Deliver end-of-life and progressive illness care with compassion

• Encourage mental and physical wellbeing

• Accurately complete care records and reports

• Administer medication when trained and authorised

• Follow care plans, company policies, and CQC regulations

• Report any changes in service users’ health or circumstances

• Attend mandatory training, meetings, and development sessions

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Availability to start from 07:00

• Ability to work Morning / Lunch / Evening shifts

• Caring, friendly, and positive attitude

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

• Right to work in the UK
