Embrace Care is seeking an experienced and confident Registered Manager to lead an Ofsted-regulated children’s residential home in Chester. The home supports children and young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and complex needs.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a Level 5 qualified professional (or working towards) who understands regulatory excellence, values therapeutic care, and is ready to lead with autonomy, trust, and strong organisational support.

Fulfil full Registered Manager duties under Ofsted regulations
Lead the home’s culture, standards, performance, and values
Provide safeguarding leadership and drive quality assurance
Recruit, supervise, develop, and manage staff performance
Ensure positive, stable, and long-term outcomes for children and young people
Participate in the senior leadership on-call rota
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted-regulated children’s home
Proven Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
Strong experience supporting children with Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and complex needs
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the United Kingdom
Salary between £50,000 – £75,000 per year (based on experience)
