Job Role: Registered Nurse

Location: Cwm Gwendraeth, Llannon Road, Upper Tumble, Llanelli, SA14 6BU
Hours: 25 hours per week – Monday to Sunday (rota basis)
Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Pay Rate: £18.36 – £21.50 per hour
Contract Type: Full Time | Part Time | Bank

About the Role

Talents Quest is recruiting compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join a highly supportive care service in Llanelli, Wales. This opportunity is open to newly qualified and experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You will work as part of a strong multidisciplinary team (MDT), supporting individuals to maintain and, where possible, improve their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ physical, psychological, and social needs

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualised care plans

• Deliver high-quality nursing care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary shift team, supervising care staff

• Coordinate daily activities, staffing duties, and care delivery

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to care staff

• Ensure accurate documentation and up-to-date clinical records

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and MDT professionals

• Support rehabilitation, stimulation, and social integration

• Maintain a safe environment in line with policies, procedures, and regulations

Multidisciplinary Team Support

You will be supported by a full MDT, including:

• Advanced Practitioners

• Occupational Therapists

• Physiotherapists

• Speech & Language Therapists (SALT)

• Positive Behavioural Management (PBM) specialists

• Consultant Psychiatrist

• Neuro-Psychologist and Assistant Psychologists
