Passwords are never stored in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available on every account. Sensitive configuration is encrypted at rest.
Fair Marketplace Practices
Escrow holds client funds until milestone work is approved, so freelancers aren't left unpaid and clients aren't left without recourse.
Business Verification
Employer accounts can apply for verification, giving candidates more confidence in who they're applying to.
Ongoing Commitments
As the platform grows, we intend to pursue formal third-party accreditations relevant to recruitment and payment handling in the regions we serve.
