Talents Quest is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Edinburgh. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative and communication skills who enjoys supporting daily business operations in a fast-paced and professional environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office administration, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and providing excellent support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative and office support tasks.
Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence professionally.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare relevant documentation.
Support managers and departments with administrative duties.
Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets as required.
Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Assist with general office coordination and operational support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
