As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and assistance, helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care and daily living support.
Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and personal hygiene.
Support individuals with medication reminders where appropriate.
Encourage community participation and social inclusion.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.
Work flexible shifts based on service requirements.
Follow all health and safety policies while delivering exceptional care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in care, support work, or healthcare is preferred but not essential.
• Caring, compassionate, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability to work bank shifts, including weekends and evenings if required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training.
