Talents Quest is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Livingston. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing while supporting them with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutrition.
Assist with medication reminders and monitor residents' wellbeing.
Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in residents' conditions.
Promote independence while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures.
Work flexible shifts, including overtime when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential.
• Caring, compassionate, and patient approach to delivering care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime when required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
