Female Care Assistant

Description

Talent Quest is looking for compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistants to join our team in London, UK. As a Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence while improving their quality of life.

This role is ideal for individuals who are kind, patient, and passionate about caring for others. No previous care experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and continence support.
Assist clients with medication management.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required.
Support clients with household tasks and light domestic duties.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
Travel between client locations using your own vehicle.
Follow care plans and company policies.
Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Work is available across Thurton, Thurlton, Seething, Alpington, Stoke Holy Cross, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Female applicants only (due to the provision of intimate personal care).
• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, caring, and reliable personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Access to a vehicle for work.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
