Talents Quest is seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistants to join our growing care team in Stevenage. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a better quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support.
Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.
Provide medication reminders and wellbeing support.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility and daily living activities.
Complete accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.
Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
Work flexible day shifts, including weekends when required.

Requirements

• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
• Female applicants only (where legally applicable due to personal care requirements).
• Caring, patient, and compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work day shifts and weekends.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
