Talents Quest is hiring on behalf of a reputable home care provider in Kingston upon Hull seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and support to people in their own homes. As a Female Care Assistant, you will play an important role in helping clients maintain their independence while improving their quality of life. You will provide personal care, emotional support, companionship, and assistance with everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Support clients with medication reminders.
Assist with shopping, appointments, and community activities.
Maintain accurate care records and report any health concerns.
Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for every client.
Follow all safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
Female applicants only (occupational requirement applies).
Must currently reside in or near Hull or the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Valid UK Driving Licence.
Access to a personal vehicle with Business Insurance.
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and patient personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
Candidates meeting employer requirements may be considered for Visa Sponsorship.
