Description
Talent Quest, the UK's leading Health Tech company, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Local Recruiter to join its Recruitment Marketing team. This role is responsible for strengthening local recruitment efforts, building community partnerships, and attracting high-quality candidates into rewarding careers in care.
As a Local Recruiter, you will work closely with multiple care branches to develop innovative offline recruitment strategies, manage candidate relationships, and represent Talent Quest at community events. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness while supporting the recruitment of professional carers across your region.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities across 3–5 local care branches.
Develop creative offline recruitment strategies beyond traditional job boards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, schools, colleges, universities, and partner organizations.
Travel regularly between branches and attend recruitment events.
Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding support.
Organize, coordinate, and attend local recruitment events, job fairs, and community activities.
Promote employee referral programs and local social media recruitment initiatives.
Monitor recruitment campaign performance and provide weekly reports.
Prepare engaging recruitment presentations and branch performance updates.
Collaborate with Regional Relationship Managers and branch teams to understand hiring needs.
Support marketing teams by sourcing success stories and local PR opportunities.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience to improve engagement and retention.
Act as the local ambassador for Talent Quest recruitment and employer brand.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle is essential.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate engagement.
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Experience in the care or healthcare sector is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident public speaker with presentation skills.
- Experience organizing and managing recruitment or community events.
- Strong account management and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently between branches.
