Talents Quest is looking for a compassionate and reliable Part Time Female Support Worker to join our care team in Bishop's Stortford. You will provide person-centred support to individuals in their own homes or supported living environments, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Support clients with meal preparation and light household duties.
Assist with medication reminders and wellbeing monitoring.
Encourage independence and promote social inclusion.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Maintain accurate care documentation and follow safeguarding procedures.
Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals.
Deliver high-quality care in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in care or support work is preferred but not essential.
• Female applicants only (where legally applicable due to personal care requirements).
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
