Support Worker / Relief Support Worker (Female Only)

Description

Talents Quest is seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers and Relief Support Workers to join our care team in Faifley, Clydebank. In this role, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them live independently while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily personal care and emotional support.
Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Support individuals with community activities, appointments, and social engagement.
Encourage independence and help achieve personal goals.
Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and relief cover where required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in health care, social care, or support work is preferred but not essential.
• Female applicants only (where legally applicable due to care requirements).
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
